SNOW WALTZ
In the calm night someday in winter snow fell to me like dancing a waltz to the rhythm.
While making these plates what I the most thought was the emotion of users. Because of it, decorations of the plates was excluded as much as possible in order to express only snow and footprints on the snow.
Hope you meet the moment of the beginning of careful thought by seeing the footprints that remain alone on a calm hill.
상자에는 하얀 발자국을 새겨 넣었습니다.
그리고 박스의 안쪽에 작은 공간이지만 마음을 전달할 수 있는 곳을 만들어 놨습니다.

이 제품의 겉면은 눈을 최대한 가깝게 표현하기 위해 무광(matt) 유약으로 작업했고, 내부는 음료가 담기는 부분이라 유광(glossy) 유약으로 작업했습니다. 무광 유약으로 작업된 도자기 제품들은 긁힘으로 인한 자국, 사용함에 있어 유광제품에 비해 세심함이 필요할 수 있습니다. 이 점 양해 부탁드립니다.마지막으로 제품에 검은색 작은 점과 굽는 과정중 흙에서 베어 나오는 붉은 반점이 나올수 있습니다.
이 부분은 도자기 제품의 특성상 물성에 의한 자연스러운 현상이고 나중에 오염된 것이 아니라는 점도 알려 드립니다.

Please take into consideration that we only accept qualifying returns but not exchanges. Refunds are issued once the returned products clear our inspection.

-the order is delayed for more than 10 days since payment and you have not received any notification regarding the delay; or
-the ordered item is out of stock.
2) We accept return(s) if:
-you receive a product different from your order; or
-you receive a defective product.
**Return Instructions
(1) Post a return request on our Return forum within three days of receipt. You are required to attach the photos of the received product(s) and include the item code, the order number, and the reason for the return.
(2) A customer service representative will be in contact to assist you by email or phone.
(3) Items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging. Also, you need to include a note of your order number, name, and user ID.
